Frequently asked questions

How does daily Snake work?

Everyone gets the same apples in the same spots each day, and you can play as often as you like: your best score counts for coins and the leaderboard. The snake speeds up a little with every apple, so the long runs get tense.

Is Snake free to play?

Yes. Snake is free in any modern browser, with no download and no account needed. An optional account keeps your progress across devices.

When is there a new Snake puzzle?

A new daily challenge starts at midnight UTC and everyone gets the same one. Practice mode has extra rounds whenever you want more.
