Purchases, refunds & support
Every Daily Arcade game, the Pet Arena and earned rewards are free. Optional purchases are cosmetic only: they change how your profile, pets or arena look and never change scores, ratings or battle stats.
What you buy
Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and charged by Stripe. Purchases are tied to your signed-in account and appear as soon as payment is confirmed. Items have no cash value and cannot be traded, resold or exchanged for money.
Surprise boxes
A paid box gives one random cosmetic with published odds: Common 60%, Rare 25%, Epic 12%, Legendary 3%, and every item equally likely within its rarity. The full list is in the shop. Paid boxes are for players aged 18 or over and are not offered in Belgium, the Netherlands or Brazil; every item can be bought directly or earned with coins instead.
Refunds
If you were charged but did not receive your item, were charged twice, or bought something by mistake, email us within 14 days of the purchase with the email on your Stripe receipt and we will refund it in full. Refunded items are removed from your account. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
