Map outlines come from public-domain Natural Earth data. Country names and boundaries follow that dataset; very small countries may be harder to see at this scale.

When is there a new Country Shape puzzle?

A new daily challenge starts at midnight UTC and everyone gets the same one. Practice mode has extra rounds whenever you want more.
